1. Website operator and contact
This website is operated by Raven Security Africa Limited. Contact support@ravensecuritykenya.com or +254 180 309496. The Nairobi coordination office is at Kose Heights, Argwings Kodhek Road, Kilimani, Nairobi, Kenya; visits are by appointment.
2. Information and enquiries
Website content provides general service information. It is not an accepted offer, deployment confirmation, insurance undertaking or guarantee of a security outcome. Services, locations, resources and start dates require individual confirmation.
The contact form uses the form-processing service configured in this website. You may also contact Raven directly by email or WhatsApp. A submitted enquiry does not by itself confirm an assignment or create a contract.
3. Quotations and service agreements
Before work starts, the parties should agree the scope, permitted duties, staffing or equipment, coverage hours, deliverables, reporting, timing, price, payment terms and exclusions. The written offer should state whether applicable taxes, travel, third-party costs and recurring charges are included.
Changes, cancellations, extra hours and additional work are handled under the agreed contract. A request for service or an urgent enquiry does not reserve resources unless Raven confirms acceptance.
4. Client instructions and access
Clients must have authority to instruct the assignment and provide accurate relevant information, necessary permissions and safe, lawful access. Sensitive data and operational details should be shared only through the agreed channels.
Raven may decline or stop work that falls outside the agreed scope or cannot lawfully or safely be performed. Any commercial consequences are subject to the contract and applicable law.
5. Security and monitoring limitations
Security arrangements manage risk; they do not eliminate it. Cameras, recording, remote viewing, central monitoring and physical response are different services. Monitoring hours, technical dependencies, incident escalation and any attendance arrangements must be expressly agreed.
Internet, power, equipment, access or third-party failures may affect service performance. Responsibilities, backup arrangements, fault handling and any contractual remedies are set out in the relevant agreement.
6. Registration and insurance information
Registration details on this website should be checked against current documents for the proposed contract period and permitted service scope. Insurance is subject to the actual policy terms, limits, exclusions and claims process. The website does not certify eligibility for a particular tender or guarantee compensation for every loss.
7. Acceptable website use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code or request unlawful surveillance, interception, records access or other prohibited work. Do not send passwords or live system credentials through a general enquiry.
8. Content and intellectual property
Raven’s original content and branding are protected by applicable law. Third-party material remains subject to its owners’ rights and licence conditions. You may refer to website information for personal or internal business assessment, but must not falsely imply an endorsement or reproduce material in a misleading way.
Planning examples and security images are illustrative unless expressly identified as actual, approved client work. No client relationship or result should be inferred from an example.
9. Third-party services and links
Email, telephone, WhatsApp, social networks, GetButton and linked websites are operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy arrangements apply. Raven does not control their availability or content.
10. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains enquiry handling, third-party services and how to raise a personal data request. Project-specific data handling may require a separate confidentiality or processing agreement.
11. Responsibility and applicable law
Nothing in these terms removes a right, remedy, duty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for a paid assignment is determined by its contract and applicable law, including any mandatory statutory protections.
Kenyan law applies, subject to mandatory rules that may apply to a particular user or transaction. Parties should first try to resolve a concern through the company contact. The service contract may specify a dispute process; otherwise a competent court or authority may determine the matter as permitted by law.
12. Changes and concerns
Website terms may be updated, with the effective date shown above. Changes do not by themselves alter an existing service agreement. Send website or service concerns to support@ravensecuritykenya.com, identifying the relevant page or assignment.
