Send these event details

  • Venue address or map pin, event date and full setup-to-close schedule.
  • Expected attendance, entry arrangements and guest or attendee profile.
  • Number of entrances, parking areas, restricted zones and valuable equipment.
  • Organiser and venue contacts, existing plans and any authority conditions.
  • Required duties, communications and whether setup or overnight coverage is needed.

How event security is quoted

Price depends on attendance, venue layout, coverage duration, risk profile and the number and responsibilities of assigned personnel. The quote should separate setup, event-time, closing and overnight duties where relevant.

Any equipment, transport, supervision, extra hours or separately supplied services should be itemised. A daily price without a defined shift length and duties is not a complete event quotation.

How the assignment is arranged

  1. Brief the event

Share the venue, expected attendance, timetable and known concerns.

  2. Agree the plan

Review entrances, staffing, communications, escalation and responsibilities with the organiser.

  3. Confirm & brief

Finalise resources and instructions, then agree the deployment and close-out arrangements.

When should you book?

Send the brief as early as the venue and event date are known. Larger or more complex functions require time for coordination, staffing and any applicable approvals. Last-minute coverage is subject to actual availability.

Useful answers

Questions before you book

Can you supply temporary guards for a small function?

Yes, a short event assignment can be considered. Provide the venue, dates, hours, attendance and duties so the suitable staffing level can be assessed.

Do your guards replace venue or police requirements?

The organiser remains responsible for required approvals and the wider event arrangements. Private security duties and any liaison with authorities are defined within the agreed plan.

Can the plan include female personnel?

Include this in the staffing brief, particularly where appropriate guest screening is required. Suitable personnel and procedures are confirmed when the assignment is scheduled.
